Jump Start your general fitness into 2019 with this intense 16 hr Swim Training Block. Focused highly on swim fitness, cardio, strength, flexibility & endurance in the water and on dryland.

    • Feature Coaches: Coach Ayesha Rollinson, Coach Jeremy Peyrezabes & Coach Kelvin Landolt
    • Program Features:
      • 8 X 2hr Workouts
      • Quality Swim Training Program
      • 3 Swim Technical Dryland Presentations by Coaches
      • Strength/Flexibility Training Program - Pre-swim, mid main set, post-swim
      • Limit: 16 to 26 Athletes
