Jump Start your general fitness into 2018 with this intense 14 hr Swim Training Block. Focused highly on swim fitness, cardio, strength, flexibility & endurance in the water and on dryland.

    • Feature Coaches - PM Hours Camp: Coach Jeremy Peyrezabes & Coach Kelvin Landolt
    • Program Features:
      • 7 X 2hr Workouts
      • Quality Swim Training Program
      • 3 Swim Technical Dryland Presentations
      • Strength/Flexibility Training Program - Pre-swim, mid main set, post-swim
      • Video feedback
      • Limit PM HRs Camp: 16 to 25 Athletes
      • Note - Not all swims are in 50m pool lanes configuration

Currently planning a 3 hour swim in the 50m pool at the U of T for Feb 2018 - actually 3.5hrs.
