Triathlete Stroke Improvement  Sessions

Stroke Improvement in Freestyle - Distance Swimming

Customized freestyle improvement sessions meant to cause changes in your current stroke; swim streamline, efficient, precise and with less effort. This is a learn to swim program or re-learn to swim program.
A progression of drills & skills - best result when all sessions are attended.

  • Basic Breathing Skills
  • Basic Kicking Skills
  • Sculling Skills - to catch & hold the water while swimming
  • Balanced position in Freestyle
  • Understanding your Body Cylinder - the water you affect while swimming
  • Hand before Elbow Technology
  • Swimming from your Core
  • Use of Video Analysis of drills and your new stroke

Equipment Suggested: Flippers
