Register below for our 3 Hour Swim block, designed for distance swimmers, who want to practice/tryout their longer swim distances with feedings and more (wetsuit friendly). Swim is intended to be one continuous swim, but coach(s) are open to creating a challenging interval set, to break up the time slot, if requested.
