| Notes: | Great swim on a beautiful day. some of the group ran around the lake after the swim to warm up. | |

Mostly choppy with some variation to more calm as the session progressed. Offered a great variety of conditions. | |
| Notes: | Swam between 1000m and 2000m with the group. Ran around the lake afterward to warm up. | |

Gray skies, sprinkling of rain, but warmish | |

Totally calm | |
| Notes: | Group of 3 swimmer swam around the lake (one did 2 times - about 4km) and the rest of the groups swam (mostly) a good 1800m. Some ran around the lake afterward. | |
| Focus: | Distance continuous swiming for one group and with the other Dolpin Diving, Dryland starts, running is water and bilateral breathing. | |

Bright sunny morning, freshness in the air and little (if any) wind. | |

Calm, clearish, a small patches of 'lake gung' on the surface | |
| Notes: | The group ran around the lake after the swim (some to 2 laps). Robert and I had arrived at 8 am and swam on time around the lake. Robert continued to do a total fo 3 times around the lake - 2 hr 30 min. | |
| Focus: | Sighting, 10 strokes 'on' / 10 strokes skill | |

| Focus: | The group did a tour of the lake - swam the perimiter - which went extremely well for all the athletes and took about 1 hour 10 min. | |
