Diary: Week 5

Water Temperature: 72 F or 22 C
Warm bright day, no wind, 4 swimmers.
Great day, really didn't need wet suits for the swim. We swam a tour around the lake (2km) with one group and pratice in water starts and running beach entrance starts. Later, we swam to the end of the lake and back (about 1km). I met with a client for a private session later in the day.
