| Dyland Fitness: You should be prepared to hike some rugged terrain |
Cost: The swims are essentially free - some cost sharing for rides and possible picnic snacks |
| Equipment: Good walking shoes, wet suit, swim fins, water shoes, goggles, bright swim cap, swim suit - are all on the list of possible needed equipment |
