All fees are subject to change.
All sessions are booked and paid for in advance.
All Coaching fees are payable to Oannes Swims.
The Client does pay all Third Party Expenses, (City Pool Rental fees, admission fee, etc).
- When these fees are known in advance the Client agrees to pay for them at the commencement of the first session.
Notice of Cancellation: Forty-eight (48) hours is required to cancel any session(s).
- When the Client gives Forty-eight (48) hours notice, the Coaching Fee can be rebooked at no additional cost to the Client.
- When the Client gives Forty-eight (48) hours notice, the Client risks forfeiting the City Pool Rental Fee, depending on the policy of the City of Toronto (in most cases the time should be able to be rebooked).
- When the Client does NOT give Forty-eight (48) hours notice of cancellation of a ssession, the Client forfeits the Coaching Fees for that session and the pool rental fee.
A class that starts late at the fault of the Client is not be eligible for any prorated refund.
All Coaching fees are non refundable and are the sole property of the Oannes Swims.
All Third Party Expenses (City Pool Rental fees, admission fee, etc) and non refundable.
Any cheques returned due to Non Sufficient Funds is subject to immediate payment in Cash + $30 NSF Fee.
